Somebody either here or on /r/Brussels had some questions about the “nice” areas and prices. I suggested to make a map so here is a potential basis for that.
Please be careful with median or avg prices based on transaction data. They’re not representative of the entire stock and don’t take into account differences in housing composition, quality and energy efficiency between municipalities, all which affect prices paid.
