I moved in recently and my window was cracked already before I moved in. I'm honestly surprised they allowed this since it's considered a liability. I'm very new to Europe/Germany, my window getting worse due to the sun shining directly on it. It's scaring me because it keeps making noises, I'll have to wait until another two weeks to get it replaced. I want to know as long I keep it closed and shade closed, am I safe? Isn't this liability to people outside? Will it stay intact for another two weeks?

  1. It’s the glass on the outside of the window, the inside is fine.

  3. Are you renting? If so, why should this be your responsibility to replace it?

    It also looks like you got a serious mold issue going on there.
