After a fun weekend in Wollongong for the 2025 Australian Darts Masters, the PDC heads to Auckland, New Zealand, for the 2025 New Zealand Darts Masters.

It’s the final event on the World Series of Darts calendar in 2025, before the WSoD Finals take place next month.

Let’s take a look at who will be playing this weekend.

What players will be at the 2025 New Zealand Darts Masters?

Eight players from the PDC will represent half of the field competing this weekend, while the other half will be eight Oceania representatives.

All eight PDC players were active in last week’s Australian Darts Masters and will take the stage again in New Zealand.

On the Oceania side, there’s some overlap with players competing in both tournaments.

Simon Whitlock (Australia), Haupai Puha (New Zealand) and Jonny Tata (New Zealand) are the three players who will compete again this weekend, in Auckland.

Luke Littler will look to win another event title after winning his first WSoD event title of 2025 in Australia last week.

Mike De Decker faced him in the final of that tournament and will make his second career WSoD event appearance this weekend after his WSoD debut in Australia. Josh Rock will also compete in a second career WSoD event, in New Zealand.

Haupai Puha will get to compete in front of his home crowd one week after nearly pulling off an incredible first-round upset against Luke Littler.

This tournament is the last chance for players competing to finalize their positioning on the WSoD OoM ahead of the WSoD Finals next month.

The World Series of Darts finals will take place from September 12 – September 14 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
