Well of course the trip is on the taxpayer. Same for every other Prime Minister in history who goes abroad on official business. Or is he supposed to pay for his own travel? Look I’m no fan of Boris the liar but this is stupid
>JCB paid Boris Johnson £10,000 three days before he gave a speech at its headquarters last week in which he repeatedly praised the company’s business acumen and innovation, it has emerged.
>
>The payment was disclosed on the new register of MPs’ financial interests, which also shows that JCB – owned by Anthony Bamford, a pro-Brexit Conservative peer and donor – is paying the former Brexit secretary David Davis £60,000 a year as an “external adviser”.
>
>Johnson’s speech in Staffordshire was primarily about Brexit and widely seen as a pitch for the Conservative leadership. However, he also mentioned JCB a number of times, noting at the start how the company had sold nearly 750,000 units of one model of digger.
Great news for the people of Uttoxeter, soon they are going to have to compete with Indentured labourers (slaves) for jobs!
Good luck with that.
Surprised he’s not out there meeting Rishi’s extended, billionaire family asking for money since the Russian money has dried up for some reason.
Can he save some money and stay at Rishi’s wife’s house of residence while there? The one that totally exists as he main home?
Thanks to India for dressing Johnson up in that hat, its a gift for the tabloid headline pics tomorrow.
Anything the government does is on the tax payer, they don’t produce anything or create wealth, they simply steal it.
This is some dumb shit. JCB is a major export success story for the UK in India.
In the words of BREXIT HARDMAN Steve Baker, who has suddenly become less forgiving in the space of two days (quite coincidental that modelling shows him losing his seat to Labour, I’m sure) “the gig’s up” – none of this deflection and distraction is working anymore. There’s no way back.
Seeing these photos of him trying to be funny in India, gurning and mugging with a turban on, I think I realised something: he doesn’t actually get it. He can’t. The man has so little knowledge of how people think and operate that he really thinks that, with enough ‘classic Boris’ faces and lines he can move beyond this. There is a difference between being good at manipulating people’s baser instincts and understanding their higher ones.
Thing is, I don’t think he’ll be deposed. He’s destroyed the party’s chances in 2023 so utterly that the job on offer is just ‘Tory Gordon Brown, temporary steward before obscurity’, I don’t even know if Liz Truss would take that. Ok, she might.
I can’t take this shite world anymore,it’s just one thing after the other.
Do as I say,not as I do
What happened to lead by example?
WHERE IS GUY FAWKES
Boris is a class A self serving lying badgerlicker.
Which might be fine if his trip in anyway benefits the taxpayer to a reasonable extent. This is being done for the benefit of JCB over anything else, so they should be financing the trip personally.

News Flash Head of a Government expenses travel to perform Government duties. Of course he is using it as a distraction but he still performing what he was elected to do.
That is a coincident and a surprise to Boris. I am sure he didn’t know Lord Bamford was going to be in India.
Lord Bamfordis one of the Brexiters pioneers who moved six Billion to Switzerland tax haven.

And during his time as PM it is hard to count how many hours he has spent promoting Bamford’s businesses [from the JCB plant](https://www.google.com/search?q=boris+johnson+jcb&client=firefox-b-d&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjFy63h8KT3AhXIi1wKHaM5C5IQ_AUoAXoECAEQAw&biw=1519&bih=850&dpr=0.8) to [Bamford’s hydrogen business](https://www.theguardian.com/business/2021/dec/22/the-jcb-heir-with-big-money-in-green-energy)
