Since four days ago on Friday, I have been left without a home internet connection in my apartment in Munich. The connection from device to router seems to work but there is no connection to the outside. The provider Pyur acknowledged a big regional problem on the app, however mentions that the expected repair date is September 11, more than a month away. They are discouraging further communication so I am left with no other information whether this timeline is realistic or not. Does anyone have a similar experience and what to do in such cases? Is there a cost effective temporary data plan one can use? Running a home on Mobile data can be expensive. Are consumers entitled to any compensation for the downfall? Thanks to all!

Sometimes this is normal but maybe you can get something as a compensation I would ask Chatgpt if your internet providor gives compensations if yes you could call support and ask.Kann ja nicht schaden.
My guess would be that this is a typo and meant to read 11.08.2025 18:00 – so they should be done in about 2 hours from now.
NAL!!!!
1. Make sure you reported the outage yourself too
2. Starting with day 3 you can deduct at least 10 € or 20% of your monthly bill (whatever is higher).
3. After the 5th day of outage the compensation increases
I’m not sure about the provider in the apartment that I’m living (via rent), but I’m experiencing the same situation here in Neuss. The signal got weaker and weaker until there’s no internet around 9 AM Friday, despite my devices can still connect to it.
Edit: As with other comment, the number might be transposed (which I guess it does happen from time to time, otherwise this could drive me insane)
