Much more accurate looking list than that corruption perception one, where USA was one of the least corrupt countries in the world and Belarus one of the least corrupt countries in Eastern Europe.
I feel like Romania should be on 300. And there aren’t even 300 countries
Ain’t no way Serbia is more corrupt than Montenegro. Đukanović is one of the richest men in Europe, while Montenegro is one of the smallest countries.
We win once again…
Wow, if Austria is that far up in the ranking, anything below must be a complete and total shit show. Government literally keeps breaking apart and resigning and being investigated again and so on. We have like multiple scandals a year, I struggle to remember them all.
Since it isnt very clear, and different people understood it differently, i checked the source and found this.
“Country results are presented on a 0-100 scale, where 0 corresponds to the lowest risk and 100 corresponds to the highest risk.”

East vs west europe it is
How is Ireland so high? Feel bad for anyone below it tbh
Something’s wrong with the data. The UK is scored much too high.
Norway is indeed very good at keeping its corruption behind closed doors.

Germany must be way lower in this list. Their ex-leader who lobbied Russian gas deal now works as one of the top managers in Russian state company. Completely a co-incidense.
