How much of a shithead do you have to be to throw stones at a seal?
_In one incident in Yorkshire a woman was bitten by a seal she was trying to pick up to show to her children, the charity said_
Let me approach and pick up this wild animal for the amusement of my offspring…
One of the few times I would say the punishment should fit the crime. Seals feel pain and fear like we do, people would learn empathy very quickly if they experienced what those poor seals went through.
Fuck a lot of the people in this story – why can’t they be satisfied standing around nearby, grinning stupidly, staring and repeatedly saying, “it’s a seal! Seal!” like the rest of us?
I was in a local park and a group of around 5 teens were throwing stones as swans and ducks. Literally hand sized stones and rocks. Completly saw red and got in their faces. They ended up leaving, one near tears (good).
The only reason they gave was “we are bored”. Can’t get my head around how disgusting people are
