6. He’s clearly not known someone living in agony from arthritis and in desperate need of a hip replacement. If he had he’d have the operation booked already.

Not that you expect someone like that to utter anything meaningful but he probably could had chose his words better with how many people are waiting for procedures like that at the moment.. especially seeing as he can actually afford to go private and rehabilitate properly without worrying about bills
