From these pictures it looks like a traditional scout knife, meaning it is a general bushcraft knife, probably made in Kauhava or at least somewhere in Ostrobothnia.
Well, the engraving does say ”I Järvenpää Kauhava – Made in Finland.” So there you have it. And as others have said, the model is a so called scouts knife. Not a traditional Finnish puukko.

It’s a puukko from Iisakki Järvenpää which is from Kauhava. I’m not 100% about the model though.

Looks to me like something from the region of Ostrobothnia. Järvenpää manufactures something [similar.](https://www.iisakkijarvenpaa.fi/puukot/retkeilypuukot/riistapuukko-ruostumaton/1451/) It’s not really a hunting knife, more of a general game knife. Unfortunately I am having trouble reading the text engraved in the fuller.
