I am trying to compare camper conversion rules in some European countries.
I managed to find the information that there is a government-issued list of specifications, not unlike the British one here: [https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/registering-a-diy-caravan](https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/registering-a-diy-caravan) that can be downloaded from the Finnish government’s websites but in Finnish only.
I was so far unsuccessful to google it, for an obvious linguistic reason, so I thought perhaps someone is familiar with the link, or can be so nice and google them for me quickly… From then I guess machine translation should be sufficient for my needs, but I simply failed to find the link… Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There. Most of the discussion is on what tax bracket the vehicle belongs to.
I’m going to warn you that machine translation for Finnish is notoriously bad.
I don’t have any info to give but rather a question. Is there some sort of a tax benefit to camper compared to a van?
