2. Zelensky is a bit of a clown , he has no cards to bargain with and it’s terrible timing with this breakthrough and Trump meeting Putin on Friday.

3. Well, Russia is on way or the other shares the border with Ukraine, they have springboard at a moment’s notice. What does he mean exactly?

4. I mean, what recourse does Zelensky have? Sucks but the reality is he lacks the military means to retake the Donbas for Ukraine, and little political advantage to play.

5. In my humble opinion, Ukraine belongs to Ukraine. Russia gets nothing for invading a country. Something should have been done in 2016. After the Olympics, but no, and now we’re dealing with this.n The world has let down Ukraine. Period and now it’s time to fix it and we can’t trust terrorist Putin period

7. Ukraine is also not getting anything in return only a cease fire. And they have to pull back from very solid defense lines and give those to Russia. And Russia can recover and continue when they want .

8. What’s preferable, losing Donbas, or losing entire generations of Ukrainians in a meatgrinder and *then* losing Donbas? Are prewar borders even a realistic possibility anymore without direct military intervention from NATO? Which would be even more of a disaster for the world? I don’t see this ending in anything other than tragedy. The conflict is existential for both nations at this point.

9. It was never existential for russia. It’s been putin’s wet dream to destroy Ukrainians.
