1. This is great news, unless you’re actually following the war closely and understand that its bs – Ukraine is basically loosing ground across the front.

2. Any one that thinks a peace deal will not involve ukranian land concessions is far gone in the head. The pro-ukranian propaganda I read daily around here about Russia being defeated and all the land retaken is mind-boggling.

   Ukranine should only accept peace if the west welcomes them into any sort of military alliance as part of the treaty, or else Russia will just invade again.

3. If the return of these territories pushed the Russians 40 km away from Sumy, then it matters.
   If not, then this is really an article to boost the morale of Ukrainians
