Prince Harry is “keen” to reunite with his estranged brother Prince William so they can honor their mom together on the 30th anniversary of her death.
Princess Diana sadly died in a car crash in Paris on August 31, 1997. In just two years’ time, it will be the 30th anniversary of her death and Harry will be in the UK for the emotional moment.
The Duke of Sussex will be traveling to the UK in 2027 for the next installment of the Invictus Games. A source has claimed Harry is hoping members of the royal family will join him at the event so they can pay tribute to Diana.
Speaking to Closer Magazine, they claimed, “There’s a documentary in the pipeline, and Harry wants members of the royal family at the Invictus Games supporting him and the event.
“Remembering Diana on the 30th anniversary of her death is also very important for her boys, and Harry is keen to mark it together.”
The source concluded saying Harry is hopeful he can get “Palace backing” for his 2027 projects, which include the Invictus Games and appearance at the WellChild Awards.
However, they warned it means “repairing relationships first.”
“At this rate, if Harry undertakes anything in Britain that’s deemed official, it’ll be solo – including the Diana tribute,” they warned.
The Express US has approached Harry’s representatives for comment.
