    Like any politician Newsom has his flaws but finally a Democrat willing to stand up to Trump and do something about it. Finally some Democrats speaking truth to Trump’s actions, after six months of seeming meek and defeated.

  29. Newsom and Pritzker seem like the only two potential Presidents I can see who will actually try to get justice from what MAGA has done or at least focus on legislation and policies that will prevent this happening again. 

    Hate Newsom all you want, but he earns my vote if he goes full Patrick Bateman before and after 2028.

    Democrats need to stop playing by rules that aren’t being obeyed anymore. You cannot fight a rule-breaking opponent by continuing to play by the rules.

  44. I’m surprised a lot of people in red states aren’t throwing a fit over the “The Permanent Apportionment Act of 1929”. Wyoming has 1 representative when they should have 19 by population. Granted Florida, California, Texas and other states would gain additional representatives too. We talk about equality but the government is already unfair from the get go. Equal representation has never existed. Just a fun little rabbit hole I went down today because I was curious.
