  11. I would’ve let him in, just to shit in his food tbh. He’s already very familiar with fecal delicacy, so we might as well make him feel welcome by giving him exactly what Trump already does.

  12. When you think pub toilets are bad enough for the staff to deal with and you have the risk of festival portaloo turning up. The staff made the right decision here.

  13. Many years ago, we went out for a meal at Hartwell House near Aylesbury. It was during a visit from one of the Bushes to Chequers, and an entourage of US Secret Service people (presumably they bring shifts of them) was dining in the same restaurant. The restaurant staff were not happy at all about Bush’s visit, and they were deliberately giving us excellent and extremely unsubtly obsequious service, while being frankly rude and obnoxious to the yanks. It was a very amusing evening.

  20. Imagine that I am an immigrant and I had to cook food for the notorious leader of a english party that focus only against immigrants. All in a pub in London where only immigrants work. We all felt extremely bad.

  21. Okay, why does everyone hate him so much? I mean isn’t he married to an Indian woman? So he can’t be that racist right?

  22. Our pubs are meant to be community spaces, not platforms for divisive political figures, especially not one so openly hostile to basic human rights.
