Meant for corporate lettings. A company is paying that for some high flyer where this is just a “whatever” expense on top of whatever that person is being paid already.
That’s 1200 per night. It’s got 5 bedrooms. So €240 per room per night. Cheaper than most hotels in Dublin. And guaranteed privacy and security.
But sure he was just like one of us, he had a SuperValu plastic bag.
It’s only about 3 times the average rent but way bigger.
The € per sqm is way cheaper than most rentals, even the bedsits.
The shitty hovel of a bedsit I used to rent in a shit neighbourhood was 4 times as expansive per sqm. And my landlady owned 6 of them in the same shitty run down terrace house. She’s actually collects more in rent from that shitty house than the one in this article.
It’s expensive but if you’re worth €100M+ it’s nothing
CEO for company I worked for lived in something like this, corperate rental paid for by the job, flown in.
