It’s easy. It just takes long range strategic thinking, generous government support and patience. All things the US could do if not for regressive Republican morons.
1.Massive Subsidy Injection
2.Influx of Companies & Industry Boom
3. Subsidy Reduction
4.Fierce Survival Competition
5.Survival of the Fittest & Global Expansion
Repeat for each vulnerable industry
Purely profit-driven innovations can only go so far, and is obviously not great at funding the expensive fundamental research that may not pay off for years or even decades.
On the other hand, there can be a lot of inefficiency in the centrally planned approach too, which can be slow to react to emerging trends or market conditions. As usual the sweet spot is somewhere in between, having strategic vision at the governmental level to nudge and jump start something so that eventually private investment can sustain its growth.
Nobody talked about STEM education in China?
Because theft if IP really works
Most important part is the fundamental education, China has made STEM education a cornerstone for it’s population and accessibility to that ecosystem
Chinese companies filing patents is kinda funny
Anything China does that is good is always spun in a bad light
