We were the only country occupied by the germans that didn’t have its own nazi puppet goverment (all famous pre-war politicians, including former presidents said fvck you to the krauts). Poland also has the most righteous among the nations. My own great-grandma hid Jews from the germans during the war (and one of them came back from America in the 80s to personally thank her). And this is how we get treated? We, of all people? Why don’t they mess around in germany, a country responsible for this madness or france which is famous for their collaboration? This makes my blood boil, Polish people sacrificed so much during WW2 to do the right thing.
