Automating guest experiences in meetings and events
Grand PMS is an all-in-one AI-assisted property management system designed for the hospitality sector. Based in Denmark, the company serves hotels, venues, and event spaces across multiple markets, providing tools to manage sales, catering, reservations, and guest experiences.
The company offers two core products for the hospitality sector.
The Sales & Catering module is an AI-assisted venue management system for meetings, events, and group bookings. It includes tools for creating AI-generated proposals, automated follow-up, and legally binding signatures.
The module features the Grand Group Portal, which collects dietary restrictions, invoicing details, and rooming lists, as well as a group booking engine that allows venues to sell meeting rooms and delegate packages directly through their website. Event management functions include a drag-and-drop calendar, bulk editing, workflow automation, task management, and integrated upselling in proposals and guest portals.
Grand PMS’ Hotel Management System module provides tools for reservations, operations, and guest services. Reservations can be managed through a drag-and-drop booking calendar with quick search and real-time room allocation. The operations app supports housekeeping updates, internal messaging, and task assignments.
The module also includes a commission-free booking engine that can be branded to match a hotel’s website, embedded payments, and free integrations.
Both modules can be used individually or together as a single property management platform. The company hosts servers in both the EU and the US to meet regional data requirements and is fully GDPR-compliant.
