Ah yes, because soviet Russia was a model of sustainable environmental respect and harmony. /s
But then how would capitalists coerce people to do labor for them?
Tbf we do need more co op type businesses

>An example of how a minority of syndicalists can improve the working conditions of all employees is a creative notice of action that was declared within Stockholm’s commuter trains. The employer was reluctant to provide staff with warm winter uniforms. The bigger unions within LO and TCO got nowhere in negotiations. The syndicalists therefore announced that they would use extremely ugly uniforms that they had designed themselves, with a photo attached to the notice. The employer then gave the entire staff new uniforms.
It’s always baffling just how much companies hate their employees. They simply do not care about their well being and will literally work someone to death without protection so they can save a few more bucks.
People are at a basic level selfish and will default to self interest
Even those who help others are getting something out of it for themselves.
So the trick is trying to accept that and use the intrinsic motivation, because if you don’t then you’re stuck trying to force people to work against themselves and you’re left with having to use force and authoritarian measures.
