  5. Just sending men on foot and motorcycle without a sustainable logistics line is dumb. They thought they were going to cause chaos and mass confusion and Ukraine would just panic.

    I was saying this shit when it first happened on the first day and I got so much shit for it. You can’t trust Russia.

  12. Maybe a new tactic for Ukraine. “Let” some of the Russians make it through and then immediately close the gap trapping countless Russians behind Ukrainian lines. Can’t do this all the time but probably could do it from time to time. Can’t risk the Russians pouring thousands through a small gap in the lines.

  13. If Ukraine gained the momentum there i wonder what next steps will be? Committing an entire Corp of refreshed combat troops could make for an interesting counter attack right before Putin goes to Alaska.

    Media here in the UK made it out like Russia has broke the Ukrainian lines 🤦🏻‍♂️

  16. you’re telling me that the guys on motorcycles that dove 15kms deep to die for no good reason ended up dying for no good reason? i was under the impression that the frontline crumbled and russia was gonna take all of donbas.

  19. I mean, I speculate that something like that might happen. They had basically no armed motorized units to help defend, in a large area that can be pierced through if needed. Spearheads like that without the necessary support and supplies can pretty fast end in a death trap

  22. Great news!!! Russians seemed to have surprised themselves how far they got and weren’t prepared to exploit the breach in time.

Where are the panicard trolls now after screaming for several days that Pokrovsk will fall shortly because of this breakthrough, that Slaviansk and Kramatorsk are partially isolates because of it and that Ukraine needs to sue for peace because it’s over? Several days ago you were here en masse with the same copy-paste messages.

  33. This was inevitable. And tactical. This ‘breakthrough’ most likely cost Russia a HUGE amount of manpower and money. And it’s failed, with perhaps a few square feet of ground aquired.

And yet, as people like me and so many others who know military and combat tactics knew there was no major breakthrough as the front line commander specifically said and was confused how that information even made it to the news when it wasn’t really happening and things were under control. There are too many armchairs in this thread that speak on these things who support Ukraine.But our only helping russia and propaganda as well misinformation. I believe the media picks up on this stuff and rolls with it, causing even more propaganda and miss information to be disseminated.

    Yesterday I saw so many posts saying that looks like Ukraine front could fall yet today we know it’s not. There were so many that it overshadowed the posts from reliable sources, denying this completely.
