  5. The entire press conference consisted of both parties thanking each other for existing. I wonder what the major point they didn’t agree upon was? I was hopeful after the meeting on Wednesday however it seems the Kremlin has gained the upper hand today, maybe highlighting the America-Russia economic-benefits.

  40. One explanation for this farce is that Trump really, really, really wants the Nobel Peace Prize. He has it in his head that he could get it by solving this problem. He also believe he can talk anybody into anything. So he, Trump, simply believed that once he and Putin met, well the Peace Prize would be handed to him.

    And Putin is probably playing him along. “Now look Don, if you really want the prize you have to show you had to work really hard for it, if I gave in now it would look shallow, naw lets make a show of it and make it look like you really had to use your magical talents. Then the prize will be yours.”
