The ‘Ukraine: The Latest’ podcast bonus episode today played this audio of the ‘civilian killing’ question being asked and it is not the best audio environment to be shouting a question at someone, and with the mic being presumably near the reporter in question, this seems plausible that Putin didn’t hear the question at all.
