In St. Charles, Missouri, a secret company has proposed building a massive data center on a 440-acre piece of farmland.

It could drive up utility rates and affect water quality—but an NDA means residents have no idea who’s behind it.

  1. Isn’t St Charles where all the rich people live on that side of the state?

  2. Corporations exploiting and polluting a community’s resources for profits. This is LITERALLY what liberals have been trying to warn U.S. citizens about for decades. But when these people hear about liberals pushing back against corporations in other parts of the country through their conservative programming of choice it’s labeled as “RADICAL SOCIALISM”. In other words, it isn’t a concern until it personally affects them.

  3. Project Blue got denied in Tucson. It was the same shit. Probably same company trying to move in…Amazon!

  4. Let’s think aboutthis fr a second. Farmers who have been complaining about sinking revenue and profit, are in massive debt to keep their farms running and can find any workers for harvesting protest against the building of a dta center that would provide jobs and tax revenue because their utility bills might rise (they won’t)
