Runner, 97, breaks European Parkrun record with 250th event

1. I ran the same park run as her in Ormeau Park, the atmosphere was brilliant and she got such a cheer at the start and finish.

   I absolutely smoked her too which is all that matters really…wee jks.

2. 97, heart surgery and can do this. No excuses for everyone else now, you can go around at your own pace and it really helps with overall health and well-being
