It’s a fairly miserable place to exist in with little to look forward to, it’s a surprise there’s any kids being born, totally can understand why Russian women might not want to bring up kids and potentially endup a single mother in a patriarchal society with little prospects and male life expectancy of sun Saharan Africa
Notice how emigrants from exUSSR in west have healthy families and better life expectancy
