I’m so pissed at how huge shitshow this whole meeting was that I really don’t know what to think anymore. But there’s one thing that is constantly coming back to me – where are the SEVERE CONSEQUENCES the tough guy promised if there’s no immediate ceasefire after the meeting?
The allied fight just got A LOT harder. Hopefully the reasonable countries can somehow counter a Russian-American alliance. Fucking oof! That’s a big beast to stand up against

Meanwhile, Ukraine acts like it wants this war to drag on forever—because the longer it lasts, the more money and weapons pour in. It’s a racket, and you’re too naive—or too complicit—to call it out. This type of gorilla art is best left in the 70s. It’s past its time. And shame to the papers who pay and print it.
It’s one thing when a dumb fuck from Hungary tries to be friendly with a war criminal, it’s another when you’re getting stabbed in the back by a country that was actively helping Ukraine not that long ago. putin deserves to be jailed and trialed for his war crimes, not being welcomed with honors.

I don’t get something. Don’t people want the war to end? I’m not sure what trump is doing wrong here. Russia isn’t going to lose donbas. Ukrainian are dying and don’t have the population to support it. This isn’t going well for either side and it’s awful. The war should end and unfortunately the more powerful country (who have basically ruined themselves in the process) have taken the territory they want. I don’t see why suddenly everyone wants to prolong the war and continue to see Ukrainian die. In 20 years Ukraine could be stronger than Russia, economically and militarily. Then, who knows. Everyone can thirst for blood and vengeance again. But for now, ending the war is best for Ukraine and those regions may have to be lost.
Such hypocrisy. When Netanyahu gets red carpets by European and American leaders, it is celebrated.
