The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has reported that on August 17 drones attacked the infrastructure of the Liski railway junction in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. According to intelligence, the operation was carried out in coordination with units of the State Border Guard Service and other Ukrainian defense forces.
As a result of the strike, railway traffic was disrupted and movement along the railway line through the station was halted, causing a disruption to the supply of ammunition and personnel of the Russian armed forces. The damage also restricted the ability to move troops operationally in the region.
