What’s up with DPD in Germany?

Ordered something last Monday in an online Shop.

By Thursday I got an Email saying your package will be delivered in 1-2 Days. I checked Tracking and it said Expected Delivery Monday, August 18.

Then suddenly on Friday at 9 AM I got an Email saying my Package was delivered to my House by "Parcel Pro" but no doorbell was rang, no package, no letter about a Packet shop where I could pick it up. I was checking the Livetracking just half an hour before and it still said Expected Delivery on Monday, then it suddenly changed to delivered and that's it.

In the DPD tracking it says my Package was successfully delivered on Friday at 9:57. It shows my home on the Livetracking and just a "Delivered Successfully" at my address. I was awake and outside in my Garden, there was no Transport vehicle of any company from 9am to 2pm.

However using other website to Track it says the Package was Successfully Delivered to a Location that is the Depot for the Cologne Region. Just days before it was marked from the same Depot as "Your Parcel is out for Delivery" and then they…delivered to the Depot? And it mentions that I got an email at supposedly 8 AM saying my Parcel would be delivered on that day. I never received that email, I had been checking my mails all morning.

What's even weirder is that it says it was delivered to my Terrace.

I did NOT make a drop off selection. I never do that because then the Delivery driver is no longer responsible for lost packages.

I called them, nobody picked up. I emailed them, no response.

Did the driver just manually changed it to a drop off location and then steal my Package? Why does the Internal tracking say it was delivered in Erftstadt-Lichenich (Where the Depot is) but the normal tracking says it's been delivered to my address in Cologne?
