3. What do I think? I Think there should be some back story to this discussion. All I can tell from this video is what you want to try nd get me to think about this situation.

   All I can tell for sure is that some corporation is trying to get land from a family and while that does sound terrible I have zero facts on the matter and therefore can not express an informed opinion.

Corporations like that should be fined by the federal government and have a significant amount of their annual profits be paid to the farmers who they harass and threaten with the forced takeover of their land. It’s UnAmerican in essence to allow such legal wrangling to forcefully take a family’s property just to appease corporate interests. Especially when they are not even trying to make a true and valid attempt to properly compensate farmers for the value of the property they are wanting to acquire. That should not be allowed in any state or anywhere in the country.

32. They just passed a bill to start doing this in Hawaii (Act 236, formerly House Bill 427). The department of Agricultur and "Biosecurity". That's how they are doing it. Renaming the department and giving them alot more power to do this. Look it up
