I have no problem with this, as long as if he is found guilty of a crime in the future, the judge has to serve the same sentence.
Let’s see some responsibility taken for these decisions.

The good news they have overturned the decision. We seriously need to deport people who have been arrested for carrying knives, dealing drugs and sexually assaulting a girl under 13.
>The decision has since been overturned after Government lawyers claimed her judgment was “made against the weight of evidence”.
“He was first convicted as a boy of 12 after sexually assaulting a girl under 13.
In 2016, he was given a nine-month referral order for carrying a knife in public.
The Home Office tried to deport him, but he argued he would not be able to reintegrate in France.”
The correct decision would have been to immediately deport him back to France, regardless of his wishes to remain.
Through his actions, he has repeatedly shown a gross failure to integrate into British society. He needs to be held accountable for his actions as he only has himself to blame for eroding trust in the British public that he will ever be anything but a burden.
The judges ideological conflict of interest is evident, and should have been disclosed to disqualify her from presiding over this case.
The interests of the British people need to start being seriously considered during every stage of the judicial process and placed firmly at the forefront of decision-making during immigration cases.
Once again, Robert Jenrick showing his casual fascism – going out of his way to undermine the rule of law and the justice system for personal political gain (and the usual suspects lapping it up).
Jenrick knows how the legal profession works – he did his GDL and LPC, worked as a lawyer (in London and Moscow… wait, what?… and was the director of Christie’s for a while). He knows that to become a judge you have to first be a lawyer. And to be a successful lawyer – particularly in an area like immigration – you’re going to have to network, to work with charities, to take pro bono jobs. Because that’s what lawyers do.
This judge has been a judge for 18 years. Longer than Jenrick has been qualified as a lawyer. But because the judge made one decision that was overturned Jenrick has decided she is unsuitable to do her job. Well, who knows what he actually thinks; he’s decided to set the press on her for his own benefit, at least.
It’s all so exhausting.
Despite this guy having repeatedly committed some of the most serious offences around, he was still deemed “not a risk to the public”?!?
We’re sleepwalking into an increasingly inevitable Reform / far-right future government if we continue with the current situation.
Put the judge in prison with that man ..see how safe he feels ..
Jesus. Sourcing the s*n. .. might as well source scumbag piece of shit news instead
I still remember when people were saying that this wasn’t happening.
