Why are there Lenin statues in countries that have never been communist?
Surprised they had a statue of him in Finland of all places.
I am not a commie and personally i think communism should be vilified to nearly to the levels of fascism, but what is the point of taking down a statue? It is history at the end of the day and statues don’t hurt people.
While Lenin was a brutal dictator and statue of him is kinda tasteless, it still is only an statue. Statue of Hitler or Stalin should absolutely be taken down and moved to an museum, but Lenin wasn’t that genocidal.
