De amúgy most ez kamu? 3 napja vagy nem tudom mikor ugyanígy valami külföldi valami felismerhetetlen csirke paprikást csinált. De mondjuk ha igazak akkor ez azért közelebb van a valósághoz
Csirkénél ha tovább akarom főzni akkor előbb önmagában csak az alapot főzöm, aztán később megy be a csirke, és alacsony hőfokon. Így tuti nem esik szét. Textura nélkül nem túl étvágygerjesztő egy étel.
People acting as if chicken paprikás is a sophisticated dish with strict rules to follow. (it’s not, it’s basic as it gets). Poor german guy was torn to pieces because he dared to add vegetables and cooked it with less water than usual, lol.
Each household has its own variations and I’m all in for pulled chicken paprikás. Enjoy!
Your is overcooked and too much water. But if it tastes good then that is not a big problem.

I am not a great cook, but for this, you should use whole pieces of chicken, legs and breasts mostly, with bone and skin on. Yea, I don’t eat those either, but you can clean your food from them, once they are in the plate, and you need them for the cooking process.

Jövő héten esküszöm csinálok egy csirkepaprikást és felrakom ide, hogy lássák mifelénk hogy néz ki. Aztán lehet én is totál máshogy csinálom de már kíváncsi vagyok. Tegnap pörköltet csináltam karajból (nem volt más) és remek lett.
Néhány magyar miért reagál ilyen paraszt módon ha nem tökéletesen néz ki a pörkölt amit külföldiek csinálnak? Inkább örülnétek hogy ki akarják próbálni a magyar konyhát

Nem értem mit vagytok annyira oda, kicsit szétfőtt a hús benne, de egy csirkepörköltnek tökéletesen elmegy, nem lett behabarva.
OP this is okay, don’t listen them, they are just Hungarians (which means that they always hate each other and criticize everything around us 😅). This could be a dish, that we call chicken stew, not the actual csirkepaprikás. Bon appetite!

Chicken paprikas is normally done with whole legs or cubed chicken, I’ve never really seen it done with pulled meat in Hungary.
