Hmm, time for an Istanbul vacation?
How does Erdogan expect people to tolerate this level of financial stress? Does he not understand that eventually there will be consequences for him and the AKP?
I invested a bit in Turkish ETFs Mid March, tomorrow figures will be fun to look at.
As a Greek i wish my neighbours the best during this hardship. I know we have disagreements but it doesn’t mean i want the every-day Turk to not be able to pay for fuel etc. etc. or even worse food & medicine. We have been through economic crisis and the effects are still present as we pay off debts, so we know how crappy it is.Here’s hope that Erdogan can be replaced by somebody more competent and preferably younger, who can handle an economy (and possibly warm our relations in the process?)
