The sixth edition of SummerDaze Malta came to an end on Sunday evening, attracting over 30,000 attendees over two nights at Ta’Qali, according to organisers. 

Organisers said the main event, on Saturday, featured headline performances by Central Cee and Mabel, along with a special back-to-back set from Sebastian Ingrosso and Steve Angello. 

The programme was opened by BBC Radio 1 Dance presenters Jeremiah Asiamah and Charlie Hedges. 

SummerDaze attracted over 30,000 attendees according to organisers, with 72% of attendees travelling from abroad. Strong participation was recorded from the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Turkey, the Netherlands and the United States. 

SummerDaza Malta came to a close on Sunday evening with a grand finale, where thousands gathered for the event, headlined by internationally acclaimed artists including Sfera Ebbasta, Bob Sinclar, Albertino, Kid Yugi, Clara, Vida Loca and DJ Hellen. 

The performances delivered an exceptional level of energy, bringing the Santa Maria weekend to an impressive conclusion.

Organised in collaboration with Radio M2o, this year’s closing event once again highlighted the festival’s strong international appeal, with a significant number of visitors travelling from Italy to experience SummerDaze in Malta.

The festival’s continued success is the result of strong collaborations with internationalpartners, including the BBC and Creamfields, further positioning Malta as a leadingdestination for live music events.
