With EuroBasket just nine days away, a handful of national teams are heading into the tournament in top form, maintaining perfect records in their preparation games.
Serbia leads the pack with six wins from six, including victories over Germany, Greece, and the Czech Republic. They are joined by Lithuania (5-0), Italy (4-0), France (4-0), and Finland (3-0), who are also unbeaten so far.
Lauri Markkanen has been the driving force for Finland, highlighted by standout performances against Belgium and Poland.
On the other end of the spectrum, several teams are still searching for their first win of the summer. Slovenia (0-4), Georgia (0-4), the Czech Republic (0-4), Great Britain (0-3), and Cyprus (0-2) have all struggled to build momentum heading into the tournament.
Several preparation games are still scheduled in the coming days, which could further shape the balance of power before the opening tip.
EuroBasket 2025 tips off on 27th of August, with excitement building as form and confidence from these tune-up games could play a key role once the competition begins.
