Looking for affordable door options to separate two rooms

Hello, I am looking for a way to separate these two rooms in the rental flat where I live, ideally with a door solution that isn’t too expensive and doesn’t require major construction. A sliding door would be perfect, since it wouldn’t change much of the look of the flat when open. Ideally the door would also isolate noise.

The size of the space to be closed is around W 155 cm x H 233 cm.

I already checked IKEA in Belgium, as well as Bauhaus and Hornbach in Trier, but didn’t really find what I'm looking for.

Does anyone know good alternatives (either shops, online options etc…) for affordable doors or sliding partitions that would work well in a rental?
