  2. We do you include the so-called “countries” south of the Alps in western Europe? Greece is Balkans / MENA and Spain & Portugal haven’t been relevant on the world stage for ~200 years…..

  22. I know this is a joke but these are just the representatives, for example the Romanian president already announced we will provide security guarantees to Ukraine as part of the Coalition of the Willing.
