  10. There is something hilariously idiotic about wanting to power your advanced AI data-centers by burning old clumps fossilized gunk we pulled out of the ground.

    It’s like rushing tech in a 4X game and having your advanced super robots but still using horse and buggies to run supply lines.

  19. Hard to tell from the article. Porat lauds the Trump Administration for policies to improve the electrical grid. She doesn’t get quoted saying fossil fuels are better than renewables but does omit praise (or even mention) for renewables. I’d like to see leaders be more supportive of renewables but there’s no upside at a GOP conference. Proof will be what Google actually purchases–hopefully they’ll continue supporting renewables in their energy purchases.
