Council leaders won the first stage of their battle close the Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex, on planning permission grounds after it became an epicentre of anti-immigration protests, including some which turned violent. The demonstrations were sparked when a migrant living at the hotel was charged with a series of sexual offences, including some against a 14-year-old girl.

Our human rights bill needs reformed
Folks should beware what they wish for. There’s every chance that these people will be rapidly pushed into the communities under emergency rules. After grenfell many people were housed in super expensive flats and such in very swanky areas cause emergency housing was needed and essentially the financial floodgate was opened. You csn agree or disagree if this was the right thing ro do…doesn’t matter…its likely what will happen here
This whole system is in desperate need of reform.
1. Illegal entry into the UK should be deemed illegal and subject to immediate deportation.
2. Anyone wishing to make an asylum claim must do so at a designated center abroad (consulate, embassy, or processing center) in their country of origin or nearest center. They’re traveling thousands of miles and funding all kinds of nefarious human trafficking networks along the way who’ve made an absolute killing from this system.
3. Those currently in the UK who entered illegally must leave and make their claim at a designated center abroad.
They will be placed into HMOs this isn’t the good news the vast majority were hoping for.
Can’t wait to have all these lovely future citizens in my community
