It is – unless I am very much mistaken – a Raccoon Dog (supikoira), a remnant of the fur trade and very much Not From Around Here.

Central Finland. Has been reported to Vieraslajit.

  8. Yes, it is a raccoon dog, and it is an invasive species. Very cute, but harmful for many native species.
