BIG NEWS – Fighters of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have driven the enemy out of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast in the Novopavlivka direction and advanced towards the settlement of Troitske. An area of approximately 13.2 km² of Ukrainian territory has been liberated.
Let these 13.2 km² become 132 km², then 1320 km², etc.

Awesome work!
Excellent news!
The USA should sell 1000 used Bradleys to the AFU now ASAP, as part of the weapons packages, with a million rounds of 25mm cannon ammo.
Providing of course that since the Bradley’s are being replaced for a newer model, their 2025 value should be have a depreciated cost calculation, not the new price for them.
Very grateful to hear some positive news coming from the hard fought over & valiantly defended Ukrainian battlefields for a change. Slava Ukraini.
Nice work fellas. Slava Ukraini
I’m always happy to hear about any tactical victory by Ukraine but it’s not exactly “BIG NEWS” is it? It’s just more of the endless tactical back and forth, unfortunately with more back than forth over the last couple years. Not trying to throw a wet blanket on it but we need to keep it real here. If there’s ever a shift to more forth than back, *that* would be “BIG NEWS”. If the russian economy *actually* imploded, that would be “BIG NEWS”. If russians started rioting in the streets of *any* russian city, *that* would be “BIG NEWS”.
Ukrainian soldiers ….. men and women of will because they are fighting for their people and homeland, against Soviet fascism.
Excellent!
Insofar as I can tell from following this little salient in the war for awhile Russia occupied 4 -5 sq km of land within Dnipro mainly by entrenching in the hedgerows beside the fields. And the sole purpose of being here was for propaganda purposes as this land had no other strategic value.
We know from many past situations such as the hundreds of videos we got in 23 & 24 of fighting outside of Klishchivaka and Andrivika south of Bakhmut that clearing out hedgerows is a very tedious task.
Ukraine likely did not want to waste any of its manpower on what was essentially a Russian propaganda exercise until they could not just take back the farm fields but also mop up and make some real penetration, and do so while minimizing their own casualties.
It has been stated by many countless times: Ukraine will trade minute amounts of land for high Russian casualties. Russia’s net gain this year in land is meaningless, and they have lost a ton of men and equipment in those attempts.
