  11. What kind of moronic question is that? Putin has ALL the power in this situation right now. Trump is trying his best to play friendly and show respect to try to make progress. Backing Putin into a corner(that doesn't exist while he has backers like China) isn't working at all. They laughed off the sanctions. These people aren't thinking clearly by believing Putin HAS to do anything at this point. He can literally ride it out and short of starting WWIII, there is nothing anyone can do about it.
