Yeah, I’d actually combine beans and cheese on a waffle. Waffles and fish fingers were a quick dinner in my house growing up. Would be a fan of a fried egg on a waffle but wouldn’t have it that often

I don’t know why the Irish of all people wouldn’t just use real potatoes. Could you imagine the Chinese using rice cakes with their dinner.

Waffles make a great substitute for bread if you’re feeling a bit culinarily kinky. Everything is good in a sandwich.. Waffles can be substituted for bread… So why not waffle sandwich all the things?
