19. Now Ukraine (and the West) must launch a massive social media blitz. “Gas is running low!” The fear effect of panic buying can cause such a system to completely collapse. Especially when it comes to gasoline. I’m just thinking about the chaos in Germany when the toilet paper (allegedly) ran out during the coronavirus pandemic. People almost went crazy.

22. Who needs gas, look at the “streets”! Mordor has no asphalt streets except the street that leads to saurons palace.
