God that Alliance line is depressing, as the only party who’s not about orange or green they surely have an opportunity to snap up some moderate unionists / nationalists that are fed up with all the shite as is, but they’ve made themselves so mundane they are almost irrelevant
From a nationalist accelerationist perspective, bring on the TUV becoming the number 1 unionist party.
Bring down Stormont and make the union look even more unappealing to the middle ground.

The DUP went back to Stormont despite promising otherwise and betrayed their democratic mandate. The TUV is to the DUP what the DUP once was to the UUP.
As a Republican, bring them on. I would rather have an honest enemy like Jimbo over the duplicitous DUP. Do I like the TUV? Hell naw, but the PUL community and the loyalist working class have been thrown under the bus for decades. They deserve to give the Furcoat Unionists a black eye.
It’s a sad state of affairs when TUV are the rising party of politics here since the turn of the year. Why, for gods sake, WHY?????
Replace them all with some Ai Chattyman bot ‘Bout-ye Bot’. That can run 24/7 and won’t need taxpayer paid trips to the maldives, car or an expense accounts. Just plug into a wall socket.
Let it dish out it’s own policy, programes and legislation, whilst also being able to answer any questions from the public at the same time. Everyone could send in their own recommendations for change and progress as often as they like for it to use, as additional stimulus.

Alliance is stuck in my opinion. They don’t get votes in nationalist areas as they’re not needed but they get votes from nationalists in unionist areas as nationalists are trying to keep unionist parties out. Alliance are also trying to get people to work with a status quo which I don’t see working as the north is not a place that works in any way or form (and the status quo is clearly not working for people).
The TUV looks to be the future. I would laugh at TUV members sitting in the Dail of a United Ireland.
Pretty grim outlook. The more moderate parties taking one step forward and two steps back. TUV enjoying the hard right surge across the West rn. The last thing we need is the TUV replacing the DUP as the largest Unionist party.
