  2. It’ll be interesting in 2026 when California tries to send its new congressional delegates to Washington D.C. and they’re met by the muzzles of several state’s worth of federalized National Guard soldiers and told to fuck off back to the coast.

  23. California is 💯% correct. Unfortunate that it has come to this but the high road has led to tyranny. Time to get down and dirty. Still boggles my mind that Newsom and Don Jr. share an ex. 

  24. Unpopular in theory / abstract but with a point on opposing deeply unpopular Republican admin attacks on a Dem state will get a different result.

  29. My only problem is they only drew it up to match Texas, with other red states planning to resistant before the 2026 midterms to steal the election. California should have said “you doing 5, we’re doing 6”.

    All Dem states shouldn’t just match gop states gerrymandering, they should go one further, as that’s the only way to counter these assholes.
