Why do Labour think they should have any say over who is and isn’t in the Conservative party?
I swear, it appears that first the Earth traveled through a Stupid Zone in space and we thought that was bad until the mists of Vicious Insanity flowed over one and all.
Why is the Tory candidate a Labour member? Are they one of those Corbyn entryist who forgot to quit after they elected him?
Ironic considering labour’s shadow minister for domestic abuse said she would stab Jeremy corbyn in the front if she had to….
Labour had shown their double standard once again, Paulette Hamilton who run for Erdington MP (and success) said she is unsure about bullet or ballot.
She never apologised
The reason for this is that councilors in Scotland are poorly paid.
>The current salary for a councillor is £18,604, with elected representatives working on average 38.6 hours a week in their role – the equivalent of a full time job.
>More than two fifths (43%) of councillors who took part in Cosla’s survey reported having a second job – working an average of 24.8 hours per week at this.
When you’re in a job that 43% of your colleagues have a second job, it’s not going to attract the best candidates. The torries, particularly in places in Scotland where they are unlikely to even get elected. Will not have a long list of candidates willing to take months off their work to campaign, to maybe get a job that pays less than working at KFC.
