  1. When that concentration camp is leveled, I’ll believe this.

  2. I’m sorry the Government is so mis handling so many things it boggles the mind.

  3. Anyone taking bets on when Trump manages to stop / stall the closure and tear down? What are the odds?

  4. Someone , a legal advocate or relative maybe, put out a video last week saying everyone has been transferred from alligator Auschwitz to parts unknown.

  5. Every activity of this size can be said to have some ‘impact’ on something. Democrats will just keep bringing these places to their hand-picked judges and have them halted. Judges have too much power. The emergency situation was caused by a Democratic administration allowing 10 million extra immigrants to enter. Now Democrats are playing legal games to prevent the clean up.

  6. $5 says Trump doubles down and makes it bigger

  7. I’m sure the covid and tuberculosis ripping through the camp had nothing to do with it

  8. the lawsuit and injunction are around environmental issues, not humanity and cruel imprisonment…so i wouldn’t hold my breath, but I’ll take it (for now)

    >The judge issued the preliminary injunction after a federal lawsuit was filed by environmental groups and a Native American tribe who are concerned with the impact the facility will have on the environmentally sensitive area.

    >The order mandates no additional detainees beyond those currently housed at the facility be moved there.

    >Judge Kathleen Williams also says lighting, fencing and “all generators, gas, sewage, and other waste and waste receptacles that were installed to support this project” added to Collier Dade Training and Transition Airport must be removed within 60 days of the order.
