Hi guys! We're on our way to Norway with our '94 Mercedes G-Klasse. The steering wheel keeps vibrating while driving so we're thinking about getting the tires balanced to fix this. We're thankful for any recommendations for decent workshops around Kristiansand where we will arrive Sunday evening.

  2. If you aren’t in Norway yet I would advise you get this checked before you arrive, of you are experiencing “death wobble” at certain speeds the problem might be more complex than unbalanced tires.

  3. If you can, postpone your trip and get it done at home.
    I would not recommend driving all the way up to hirtshals from germany (i assume this is the route you are taking) with a disturbing kind of whobble in your wheel. Norway is way more expensive and you might risk damaging your car further by delaying repairs.

  4. Go to a highschool with a car workshop and ask, usually they do it cheap
